Tirana – Montenegro – Kotor – Dubrovnik – Trebinje (300km)

We continue our route to Myrobunio, also known as Montenegro, enjoying the panoramic view, one of the most beautiful in Europe and the picturesque island of Agios Stefanos, also known as Sveti Stefan, a favorite resort of celebrities visitors around the world, to arrive at the famous summer resort of Butva, the oldest medieval and renovated city, on the coast of Myrovouni, whose name comes from the Greek word Vous (Ox), according to mythology it was founded by Cadmus, the first king of Thebes . Relative stay to enjoy the beautiful scenery while walking and shopping. We continue to the old town of Kotor, a monument of natural beauty and culture built between the 12th and 14th centuries. It is the largest and most beautiful natural fjord of the Adriatic and of southern Europe. The city is surrounded by a 4.5 km long medieval wall that starts from the sea and reaches its rocky summit. We will see the cathedral of St. Tryphon, St. Luke, the museum of the Naval history of Montenegro and the imposing palace of Prince Petrovic. We will continue our route to Trebinje. Check in at our hotel, dinner and overnight.
Dubrovnik (tour) – Lokrum Island
Breakfast at the hotel. Our day today is dedicated to the jewel of Croatia, beautiful Dubrovnik. Departure to the old town where we will start the tour. Old name of the city "Ragusa", a medieval city, which was mercilessly hit by Serbs and Montenegrins in 1991, but you don’t realize that in this complex of medieval and renaissance elements, 1300 years old, 68% of its buildings have been damaged . Its historical part (protected by Unesco) is a 2.5 km long fortified city. We will see with our guide the palaces of great architecture, the Clock tower, the 16th century Spondza Palace built by famous craftsmen, which today houses the state archives, the beautiful churches, such as St. Vlasius, patron of the city, with a marble armed knight in his square, monastic complexes, the Franciscan monastery of the 14th century located on the west side, the fountain of Onufrios with the church of Sotiros. Today, the Rector’s Palace houses the Dubrovnik Museum of the City’s History, with the City Hall and the Cathedral and the Treasury next to it. We recommend a walk on the walls or a ride on the cable car to enjoy the best view of the city. Free time and for those who wish they can take part in the optional cruise to the islet - Lokrum National Forest, on the way to Lokrum we will have the opportunity to admire the imposing walls of the old town from the sea side. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Mostar – Split – Trogir (300km)
Breakfast and departure for the picturesque Mostar. The name of the city is due to the Old Bridge (Stari Most), the river Neretva and the towers at its ends, guardians of the Bridge (mostari). The bridge, built during Ottoman rule, was destroyed during the Bosnian war and rebuilt based on the original design. Since 2005, the bridge has been a UNESCO cultural heritage monument. Free time for walks and shopping on cobbled cobblestone streets and the colorful shops that give this part of the city the color of the East. Then, running through the valley of the river Neretva, we will head to Split, the largest city in Dalmatia. Tour of the medieval city where we will visit the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian. Free time at the famous Riva (waterfront). We will continue to visit the neighboring islet-city of medieval Trogir, designated by UNESCO as a world heritage site. The touristic Trogir, connected to the mainland by a nice bridge, is considered the spiritual center of Dalmatia and a popular holiday destination with the most tourist infrastructure.
